Notifications

Configure email alerts and inbound webhooks from Settings → Notifications.

Settings → Notifications is where you configure email alerts and the inbound webhook for this account.

Email

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. In Email Notifications, select Add Email.
  3. Enter the address and a severity threshold.
  4. Save.

You can add more than one address. Each row has its own threshold. Invited users are subscribed automatically.

Inbound webhook

Each Guard account supports one inbound webhook. On the same tab, find Inbound Webhook to create or copy the URL.

Chat and ticketing are not this tab

  • Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and Zulip webhooks: Integrations → Workplace Messaging
  • Marcus Slack chatbot: Integrations → Workplace Messaging → Slack (Chat Bot)
  • Jira, ServiceNow, and other ticketing: Integrations → IT Service Management
