<li>Click the create action.</li>
<li>Pick a match type and value (for example hostname <code>prod-web-01</code> or an IP).</li>
<li>Set duration (1 hour through 30 days).</li>
<li>Save. The table shows status (Active, Expired, Cancelled), created, and expires.</li>
