Chariot integrates with ticketing systems to create tickets for your internal remediation workflow.

Follow Atlassian's instructions to create a new API token.

Once you have an API token copied in your clipboard, navigate to the Integrations page in Chariot and select the Jira integration card:

In the above window, paste the API token into the access token box. Provide your base Jira Cloud URL, email address, project key, and an issue type. Click Add to complete the integration.

Chariot will now push new risks into Jira. Additionally, closing out the associated ticket in Jira will close the risk in Chariot.
