Chariot integrates with ticketing systems to create tickets for your internal remediation workflow. As you arrive into Chariot, you will be prompted to Set Risk Notifications. Among the integrations available, click the Jira card:
Atlassian Jira
Follow Atlassian's instructions to create a new API token for your user.
After creating the token, click Setup on the Jira line of the integration dashboard.
Fill out the card as requested:
Click Finish to complete the integration.
Now, Chariot will open a new Jira ticket whenever a risk of the chosen state, or above, moves to the "Open" state:
Note that for Chariot with a Managed Services subscription, your dedicated team of Chariot operators will only open true positives.
