Freemium limitations
A freemium tenant must use an organization email and can approve only the primary domain.
These limits apply to a freemium account. A paid account does not have the primary-domain limit. See Freemium or paid.
Organization email
Sign up with your organization email. Free email addresses are rejected. If sign-up fails for that reason, the screen says: "Sign up failed. Please ensure you're using a business email address."
Primary domain
The primary domain is the domain recorded for the account when it was created, from the signup email. In the Freemium Onboarding Wizard, Approve seed accepts that domain, or a subdomain of it.
Approving a seed outside that domain fails. Guard reports: "Freemium is limited to the primary domain." Editing the wizard field does not change the recorded domain.
