Email Notifications
How to add inbox destinations and set a severity threshold on Settings → Notifications.
Email Notifications
Email Notifications is the first card on Settings → Notifications. The card copy is: Receive security alerts and notifications directly in your inbox.
Add and delete require the manage-settings entitlement. Without it the Add Email button is hidden.
Add an address
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- In Email Notifications, select Add Email.
- Enter the address.
- Set Severity Threshold.
- Save.
The table lists Email Address only. Copy sits next to the address. Edit and Delete are in the row menu.
You can add more than one address. Each row has its own threshold and suppressed-sources list.
The address cannot be changed after save. Delete the row and add a new one.
Severity threshold
The dropdown is a minimum: that level and everything above it notify.
Medium (MHC) is the display default when nothing is stored. In Add mode, Save writes MHC unless you pick another value. In Edit mode, an unset stored threshold is shown as Medium but is not written unless you change it (unset means notify for every severity).
Suppressed sources
Email is the only notification type with Suppressed sources on this tab. Risks from those source integrations never trigger this email. Findings still appear on Vulnerabilities. Webhook and chat rows do not have this picker.
Helper copy in the UI: Risks from these source integrations will never trigger this notification. Empty: None. Risks from all sources notify.
Invited users
Inviting a user through Settings → Users auto-subscribes that address to risk emails (one notification row). Confirm the row exists here if mail is missing.
What this is not
This card is not chat (Slack / Teams / Google Chat / Zulip) and not the Scheduled Reports health-report mailer further down the same tab.
