Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Reports card is the last card on Settings → Notifications. The card reads Configure automated security health report delivery. It emails a periodic security health report. Finding alerts are set up separately under Email Notifications.

Only users who can manage settings can change the card. For everyone else, the controls are disabled.

Turn on scheduled reports

1. Turn on Scheduled Health Reports (Receive periodic security health report emails). Cadence and Recipients appear.
2. Under Cadence (How often you receive health report emails), choose Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly.
3. Under Recipients (Reports will be sent to these email addresses), type an address in Add recipient email... and click Add, or press Enter.
4. Click Save Preferences.

Recipient rules

• Your own address is always listed first and can't be removed.
• Other addresses must use the same domain as yours. Otherwise Guard shows Recipients must be from the same domain (<your domain>).
• You can add up to 10 addresses besides your own (Maximum 10 recipients allowed.).
• An address already in the list, including your own, is rejected with This recipient is already in the list.
• An address that isn't a valid email shows Please enter a valid email address.

Generate a report now

While scheduled reports are on and you have unsaved changes, Generate Report Now appears next to Save Preferences. Click it to run a health report immediately instead of waiting for the next scheduled one.
