Scheduled Reports

Scheduled Reports is the last card on Settings → Notifications. The card copy is: Configure automated security health report delivery.

Edits require manage-settings. The switch is disabled without it.

This is not Email Notifications (finding alerts). This card mails a security health report.

Scheduled Health Reports

The inner row Scheduled Health Reports (Receive periodic security health report emails) is the on/off switch.

When on, two more rows appear:

Cadence — How often you receive health report emails. Options: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly.

Recipients — Reports will be sent to these email addresses.

• Your signed-in email is always listed first and labeled (you). It cannot be removed.
• Additional addresses must be the same domain as your email.
• Maximum 10 additional recipients.
• Duplicates (including your own address) are rejected.
• Invalid format shows Please enter a valid email address.

Save and generate

Unsaved changes show Save Preferences. When the switch is on, Generate Report Now runs an immediate health report (does not wait for the cadence).
