Screenshots

Assets → Screenshots shows captured screenshots of discovered web applications — login portals, admin panels, LLM endpoints, and other HTTP surfaces. Guard captures them automatically during web application discovery. This guide walks you through opening the tab, switching views, and inspecting a capture.

Screenshots used to live under Technologies. They are only on Assets → Screenshots now.

Open Screenshots

1. Go to Assets.
2. Select the Screenshots tab.

A ?type=grid link opens this tab on Contact Sheet. If nothing has been captured yet, the tab shows No screenshots captured yet.

Contact Sheet and Triage Inbox

The view switcher at the top right toggles two layouts. It does not include Focus Review.

Contact Sheet — A grid of thumbnails. Each card shows the screenshot, a risk score, the URL, type badges such as Login or LLM, the service (for example basic or ollama), status, Copy URL, and Open live site in new tab. Use this view for a first pass across many captures.

Triage Inbox — A table of the same captures. Columns are Screenshot, URL, Type, Service, Risk, Status, and Last Seen. Sort by URL, risk, or last seen from the column headers.

If the grid fills the viewport, Load more fetches the next page.

Filter and search

Filters sit above the grid:

• Viewed — Viewed or Not Viewed
• Type — Capture type (for example Login or LLM)
• Service — Detected service
• Search by URL — Match part of the page URL

Clear Filters appears when any filter is on.

Focus Review

1. Click a thumbnail (or Open review) in Contact Sheet or Triage Inbox.
2. Inspect the enlarged screenshot, URL, risk, and type.
3. Step through captures with the filmstrip or previous/next controls. Esc closes the overlay.

Opening a capture marks it viewed. Use Open live site in new tab from the card or overlay to open the URL.

If the tab fails to load, Failed to load screenshots offers Retry.
